A secured, Australian dollar, syndicated term and revolving facility agreement (also known as a loan agreement) for a single borrower and multiple guarantors. There is an option included in this agreement for compliance with the interest withholding tax exemption in section 128F of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cth).
