Pilot of new disclosure rules: a change for the better? | Practical Law

On 31 July 2018, the Disclosure Working Group announced the launch of a two-year disclosure pilot in the Business and Property Courts, based on what it describes as a substantially revised and improved version of the disclosure practice direction and disclosure review document.
