The Financial Conduct Authority is consulting on proposed amendments to rules and guidance following the adoption of Commission Delegated Regulation (2016/438/EU) with regard to obligations of depositaries, and to reflect certain requirements under the Regulation on transparency of securities financing transactions (2015/2365/EU).
