The Department of Arbitration of the Directorate of International Commercial Relations of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) is responsible for the management of all arbitration issues regarding commercial disputes, as long as the parties have agreed in writing that these disputes are to be solved via arbitration before the ACCI.
