This note contains details of changes that have been made to the text of the CPSE with effect from 3 October 2003, largely as a result of the Land Registration Act 2002.

Anyone using the CPSE should from now on use version 2.0 of the documents. CPSE version 1.0 will continue to be available for reference purposes, but version 1.0 is out of date. To view CPSE version 1.0, see CPSE version 1.0.
