Insolvency secondary legislation: unprecedented change ahead | Practical Law

Insolvency practitioners and their advisers are anticipating legislative changes in 2015 and beyond at a level unprecedented since the introduction almost 30 years ago of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency Rules 1986 (SI 1986/1925). The most substantial change awaited by IPs is the modernisation and consolidation of the 1986 Rules by the proposed Insolvency Rules 2015.
