The Court of Appeal has held that a manager, who was solely responsible for managing a group of properties for a client, was an organised grouping of employees for the purposes of regulation 3(3)(a)(i) of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246).
