Identify potential crises,
reduce or contain the range of negative fallout from the crisis,
assist corporate leadership in effectively responding to the crisis.
Topics we will raise for participants to discuss include :
Process and methods for identifying issues that may become a crisis
Checklists and other useful tools and tactics to help the law department act to reduce damage from a crisis
Communicating to executives and directors during a crisis: presenting bad news and making recommendations effectively Expect the unexpected: actions or approaches that have proven most useful to the legal team’s involvement in crisis management.
