Polish Office for Protection of Competition and Consumers fines PKP Cargo for abuse of its dominant position

Poland's Office for Protection of Competition and Consumers (OPCC) has issued a decision that PKP Cargo, the largest Polish railway carrier, has abused its dominant position by applying dissimilar conditions to equivalent transactions with other trading parties. The OPCC imposed a fine of PLN20 million.
