"Alcatel" letter to be sent to unsuccessful supplier offering debrief

An "Alcatel" letter to be sent at the conclusion of a procurement process to unsuccessful suppliers. The letter complies with the requirements of regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/5).

Please note that this letter should only be used for public procurements that commenced before 20 December 2009.  For public procurements that commenced on or after 20 December 2009, click here.
